How Often 2 - 3 times a week.

How Much 2-4cm circle. Will vary depending on length of hair.

Step 1 After rinsing Conquer Blonde Silver Shampoo or your favourite O&M shampoo, apply conditioner from the roots to the tip of your hair.

Step 2 Massage into scalp and then comb through hair well.

Step 3 Leave in for a minimum of two minutes, or for a more intense result, leave in for a maximum of five minutes.
